Inspiration for Prayer!

Dear Friends,

I was reading this morning in the book “Unlocking the Miraculous Through Faith and Prayer” by Daniel Kolenda. I was really inspired by this section:

The year was 1919. My great grandfather had immigrated to America eleven years earlier and settled in the city of Pigeon, Michigan, where he pastored a German church that had grown from small meetings in his rural home. Growing up, I often heard the story of Matis Nagi, whose testimony had left an indelible impression on the minds of all who knew him. His wife was a faithful member of my grandfather’s congregation, but darkness lived in the heart of Matis that set him at odds with God and the church which he hated passionately.

From time to time, a strange power would come over him and he would be driven to do bizarre things. He was known to throw himself down from the loft of his barn headfirst without harm. It was apparent to everyone that demonic activity was at work in his life, and many times the church leaders warned him to no avail. My Uncle John said that he had told Matis, “The way you have chosen will lead you to destruction. You are in danger of being possessed by the devil fully. Stop this and humble yourself before God so you can receive help.” But he would not listen.

One evening after an argument, in a fit of rage, Matis gave himself over to the power that had been influencing him for so long. All the events to follow would be completely blocked from his memory, as the demonic power possessed him completely.

Mrs. Nagi had gone to the city to shop and when she returned at dusk on her horse-drawn wagon, she could see the silhouette of her husband standing on the porch in the shadows holding an axe in his hands. As she drew closer, a feeling of uneasiness came over her. Something was not right. Her anxiety turned to terror when she saw that her husband was covered in blood and his eyes were hollow and empty. She immediately rode away to the house of my grandfather.

Come quickly,” she pleaded. When Matis saw my grandfather and the elders of the church approaching the house, he began to cry out in fear. He was mumbling cryptic phrases about how he saw them as being covered in red and could not come near them. And then in a moment, he ran away and disappeared into the forest. Together Mrs. Nagi and the elders entered the house where they made the grizzly discovery. Matis had brutally murdered his mother and three children in cold blood.

The news of the grizzly act spread like wildfire through the small farming community, which was gripped by terror. Farmers would accompany their wives to the barns to milk the cows and would not go into the fields to work for fear of the deranged demoniac that lurked in the woods.

Sometime later, the police finally apprehended Matis and took him to the jail, but he was so violent and uncontrollable that he had to be isolated in a cell by himself. Inside the jail, he tore all his clothes off and sat naked. He shouted terribly in his sleep and had to be prevented from killing himself.

The judge determined that he was so thoroughly insane that he was not fit to stand trial, so he was committed to an insane asylum a hundred miles away in Pontiac, Michigan.

The doctor sent word to Mrs. Nagi that her husband was incurably sick and that his condition was worsening each day. He feared that her husband would soon die and said that she should come immediately.

It was a very trying time for the believers in my grandfather’s church, and when my Uncle John arrived at the memorial service, he was met by Mrs. Nagi who said, “How sad it is that I have been robbed of my beloved children – the saddest of all is that my husband has become the prey of Satan and Satan is the victor.”

No, Sister Nagi,” he said, “ Satan is not the victor! This seeming victory is only temporary. There is no doubt that the grandma who loved the Savior is now safe with Him. The same applies to the little children. And concerning your husband, there is hope to wrestle him from the power of Satan through prayer and faith. This we will do in the name of Jesus.”

The congregation shook themselves out of their despair and set themselves to pray. My Uncle John later wrote, “We all fell on our knees and prayed with fevor to God that He might destroy all attempts of Satan that even this tragedy will turn to triumph and that He also might deliver the possessed one from the power of Satan. Heaven seemed to open up for us. We were filled with a holy joy and with courage of faith so that we commanded the demonic spirits to disappear and to leave the possessed one in the name of Jesus. I remember very well how I was filled with a Holy Spirit given assurance of faith, and I shouted to the praying belivers, ‘Brothers and Sisters, it is finished! God has listened to our prayer. We can proclaim by faith that the possessed one is delivered.’”

It was my Uncle John who went to visit Matis in the asylum. Upon arrival, he was escorted to the office of the head physician, Dr. Christian. The doctor was silent for awhile and then he said, “I do not understand this case. Three days ago I wrote a letter to the wife of this man and explained to her that according to our tests her husband was incurably sick and probably would not live much longer. Yesterday morning a change took place, and it is so radical that his condition seems to be completely normal. Well, whatever this is,” he said, “it seems that a miracle has happened here.”

Dr. Christian rang the bell for a guard who escorted Uncle John to the visiting room. After a few minutes, Matis was ushered in. When he saw Uncle John, he rushed up to him, “Please tell me what has happened!” he begged, “I cannot believe what these people have told me!” The previous day, when Matis had suddenly and instantly come to his senses, he had no recollection of any of the events that had transpired. As Uncle John told him the whole story, Matis broke down and sobbed, overwhelmed with grief. He had loved his children very much and had been especially close to his dear elderly mother. “O Lord, have mercy on me… a sinner!” he cried. “I am the worst man who exists!”

It’s difficult to see how a story like this could have a happy ending, but God in His incredible mercy has a way of bringing triumph out of even the worst of tragedies. Matis had been used by Satan as a tool of destruction, and he would live with the unimaginable pain of this knowledge for the rest of his life. But through the power of prayer, Jesus broke the chains off of his mind like the demoniac of Gadara and set this captive free. Through the miraculous deliverance, something had changed in Matis’ spirit. He repented of his rebellion, surrendered to Jesus Christ, and became a true child of God. Not only was he delivered of demonic possession, but he was saved and filled with the Holy Spirit.

The doctors found this dramatic recovery so unbelievable that they were compelled to keep him in the asylum for more than a year under careful observation before giving him a clean bill of health. He was released and lived the rest of his days with his family as a faithful follower of Jesus – a changed man.

Uncle John recalled that more than 20 years later when passing through Detroit, he was preaching in a particular church and the believers were asked to testify of what the Lord had done in their lives. A little elderly man stood up and said, “If anyone has a reason to praise the Lord it is me.” It was Matis, now old and grey. He had lived many years with the regret of his past, but he was overflowing with thankfulness to the God who had shown him such incredible mercy.

With tears streaming down his face, he began to quote, “Psa 40:2-3 He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings. (3) And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the LORD.

After reading this story, I began to think about what if they had prayed before Matis had committed the atrocities. Surely God would still have answered their fervent prayers!

I want to pray for our loved ones (and ourselves) for breaking of any addictions that the enemy is using in our lives to keep us from the perfect will of God. Let us pray fervently this personalized verse that Matis confessed:

(Psa 40:2-3) LORD, please bring us up also out of this horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set our feet upon that Rock, and establish our goings. Please put a new song in our mouths, even praise unto You, LORD, that many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in You, LORD!

Here is our assurance of God’s answer to our prayers:

1Jn 5:14-16 And this is the confidence that we have in Him, that, if we ask any thing according to His will, He hears us: (15) And if we know that He hears us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of Him. (16) If any man see his brother sin a sin which is not unto death, he shall ask, and He shall give him life for them that sin not unto death. There is a sin unto death: I do not say that he shall pray for it.

Prayer for Redemption, Restoration and Rejuvenation of Texas

We plead the Blood of Yahshua over all the land of Texas – the Blood of Yahshua that purchased remission of sins. It is written that there is no remission of sin without the shedding of blood,1 but the Blood of Yahshua was shed for the remission of sin.2 It is also written that whatsoever sins we retain, they are retained, and whatever sins we remit, they are remitted.3 Now therefore, we remit any and all sins committed in Texas. We plead the Blood of Yahshua over those sins and they are remitted, therefore we decree and declare Redemption over all of the land, creatures, soil, and plants in Texas. We decree and declare Restoration back to the original DNA of creation for all the land, creatures, soil and plants in Texas. We decree and declare that the mutations, corruptions, and perversions of this DNA is annulled. We decree and declare Rejuvenation over all the land of Texas: the bringing forth of new life, new perfect life in accord with original creation DNA. We decree and declare Rejuvenation of the land back to original creation blessedness in the name of Yahshua.4 I have power of attorney to speak in the name of Yahshua5 and I decree and declare in the name of Yahshua that it be done! HalleluYah!

Notes:

1 And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission. (Hebrews 9:22 KJV)

2 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world. (John 1:29 KJV)

3 And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost: Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; and whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained.(John 20:22-23 KJV)

4 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. (Philippians 2:9-11 KJV)

5 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. (John 14:12-14 KJV)

Challange to Athiests

I woke up about 3 am this morning with this scenario going around in my head: talking to an atheist and saying, “Do you really not believe that God exists, or do you just not want to admit that He has the Authority to say what is right and wrong?”  The atheist strongly restates that there is no God and I reply, “OK, if there is no God, then I challenge you to say these words, ‘God if You really exist, please reveal Yourself to me‘.”  The atheist protests and I continue, “Well, if there really is no God, then saying that is just dead words in the air, nothing will happen.”  Further protests from the atheist.  I reply, “Your reluctance to say that phrase belies your statements that you don’t believe God exists, and leads me to think that you are afraid to challenge this God whom you don’t believe exists.”

Then this song from Newsboys – God’s Not Dead – keeps going around in my head.  HalleluYah!  We serve the One, True, Living God!

A Prayer for Our Country

I set my face unto You, oh Lord God, to seek by prayer and supplications, with fastings.  Oh Lord, the great and dreadful God, keeping the covenant and mercy to them that love You, and to them that keep Your commandments, we have sinned, and we have committed iniquity, and we have done wickedly, and we have rebelled, even by departing from Your precepts and Your judgments.  We have not listened to Your servants, which have spoken in Your name to our government officials and to all of us.  Oh Lord, righteousness belongs to You, but we are embarrassed before You because of our trespasses that we have trespassed against You, Oh Lord.   We are shamed before You, Oh Lord, because we have sinned against You.  Oh Lord our God, to You belong mercies and forgivenesses, though we have rebelled against You and not obeyed Your voice, to walk in Your ways, which You set before us by Your servants the prophets.  Yes, Lord, we have all transgressed Your law, by not obeying Your voice; therefore the curse is poured upon us, because we have sinned against You.   You have confirmed Your Word by bringing upon us all this evil,  yet we have not made our prayer before You, our LORD and our God, that we might turn from our iniquities, and understand Your Truth.  You are righteous, oh LORD our God in all Your works which You do,  for we have not obeyed Your voice.  And now, O Lord our God, that brought our fathers into this good land with many mighty miracles, formerly published abroad, we confess that we have sinned, and we have done wickedly.  Oh Lord, according to all Your righteousness, I beseech You, let Your anger and Your fury be turned away from our people, our towns, cities, counties, states and nations.  Now therefore, Oh Lord our God, hear our prayers, and our supplications, and cause Your face to shine again upon our land, now dry and desolate.  Oh my God, incline Your ear, and hear; open Your eyes, and see our desolations, and the land You once blessed.  We do not present our supplications before You because we are righteous, but because Your mercy is great.  Oh Lord, hear our prayers!  Oh Lord, forgive us!  Oh Lord, please help us to turn from our wicked ways and seek Your face that You may have mercy on us and heal our land!  Please make us a lighthouse to the world again!”

(This prayer is taken from Daniel chapter 9.)

(and probably still is!)

I want to share a song with you.  The name of it is “Prayer Warrior” and it is sung by the Prices.  I don’t remember the ladies first names, and I can’t find it anywhere online, so I am posting it here so that it can bless you as it has me.

Prayer Warrior from http://shakinthefoundation.blogspot.com/2012/07/call-of-prayer-warrior.html

I remember many times when my mother was on this earth and I would get up in the morning to find her with her Bible in her lap praying.  The “Prayer Warrior” song touched me so much because of her!  When I was younger and in rebellion, I didn’t realize what I was spared because of her prayers.  I realize a little now.  I will know more in heaven.  The first time I heard the song above, I cried my eyes out.  It was about her.  She was my prayer warrior.  She stood in the gap for me and many others.

Now, as I attempt to take up the mantle that she has passed on to me, I am humbled by the godly heritage that God has blessed me with.  She was so faithful!  I miss her so much and I am so looking forward to seeing her again in heaven!

Please help, me, Abba Father, to be faithful in prayer like my mother!

My Impression of the Throne

Years ago, I think it was about 2008, I was in my closet at the ranch in South Texas. Listening to a audio by Patricia King about the “Throne Zone” had inspired me to start a study in the Word of God about the Throne of God.  As I was reading the scriptures and meditating on them I had a mental picture of this star sapphire, but unlike the picture here instead of a star it was a cross, and the cross was made up of two galaxies, one vertical and one horizontal, similar to the ones here, but they were each spinning.  At the intersection of the cross, Yahshua sat on a fiery throne wearing a white robe.  I felt the spinning galaxy-cross was an eternal memorial to the death of Yahshua on the cross to save us.  (See Exo 24:10 And they saw the God of Israel: and there was under his feet as it were a paved work of a sapphire stone, and as it were the body of heaven in his clearness. and Eze 10:1 Then I looked, and, behold, in the firmament that was above the head of the cherubims there appeared over them as it were a sapphire stone, as the appearance of the likeness of a throne. )

Bible Passages on Heaven and the Throne

 Revelation 4 & 5

After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter. And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne. And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald. And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold. And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God. And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind. And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle. And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come. And when those beasts give glory and honour and thanks to him that sat on the throne, who liveth for ever and ever, The four and twenty elders fall down before him that sat on the throne, and worship him that liveth for ever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying, Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.  (Rev 4:1-11)

And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals. And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof? And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon. And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon. And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof. And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth. And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne. And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints. And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth. And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands; Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing. And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever. And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four and twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that liveth for ever and ever.  (Rev 5:1-14)

Isaiah 6:1-8

In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple. Above it stood the seraphims: each one had six wings; with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he did fly. And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory. And the posts of the door moved at the voice of him that cried, and the house was filled with smoke. Then said I, Woe is me! for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the LORD of hosts. Then flew one of the seraphims unto me, having a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with the tongs from off the altar: And he laid it upon my mouth, and said, Lo, this hath touched thy lips; and thine iniquity is taken away, and thy sin purged. Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.  (Isa 6:1-8)

Daniel 7

I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire. A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him: thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the judgment was set, and the books were opened.  (Dan 7:9-10)

Exodus 24

Then went up Moses, and Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel: And they saw the God of Israel: and there was under his feet as it were a paved work of a sapphire stone, and as it were the body of heaven in his clearness.  (Exo 24:9-10)

Ezekiel

The word of the LORD came expressly unto Ezekiel the priest, the son of Buzi, in the land of the Chaldeans by the river Chebar; and the hand of the LORD was there upon him. And I looked, and, behold, a whirlwind came out of the north, a great cloud, and a fire infolding itself, and a brightness was about it, and out of the midst thereof as the colour of amber, out of the midst of the fire. Also out of the midst thereof came the likeness of four living creatures. And this was their appearance; they had the likeness of a man. And every one had four faces, and every one had four wings. And their feet were straight feet; and the sole of their feet was like the sole of a calf’s foot: and they sparkled like the colour of burnished brass. And they had the hands of a man under their wings on their four sides; and they four had their faces and their wings. Their wings were joined one to another; they turned not when they went; they went every one straight forward. As for the likeness of their faces, they four had the face of a man, and the face of a lion, on the right side: and they four had the face of an ox on the left side; they four also had the face of an eagle. Thus were their faces: and their wings were stretched upward; two wings of every one were joined one to another, and two covered their bodies. And they went every one straight forward: whither the spirit was to go, they went; and they turned not when they went. As for the likeness of the living creatures, their appearance was like burning coals of fire, and like the appearance of lamps: it went up and down among the living creatures; and the fire was bright, and out of the fire went forth lightning. And the living creatures ran and returned as the appearance of a flash of lightning. Now as I beheld the living creatures, behold one wheel upon the earth by the living creatures, with his four faces. The appearance of the wheels and their work was like unto the colour of a beryl: and they four had one likeness: and their appearance and their work was as it were a wheel in the middle of a wheel. When they went, they went upon their four sides: and they turned not when they went. As for their rings, they were so high that they were dreadful; and their rings were full of eyes round about them four. And when the living creatures went, the wheels went by them: and when the living creatures were lifted up from the earth, the wheels were lifted up. Whithersoever the spirit was to go, they went, thither was their spirit to go; and the wheels were lifted up over against them: for the spirit of the living creature was in the wheels. When those went, these went; and when those stood, these stood; and when those were lifted up from the earth, the wheels were lifted up over against them: for the spirit of the living creature was in the wheels. And the likeness of the firmament upon the heads of the living creature was as the colour of the terrible crystal, stretched forth over their heads above. And under the firmament were their wings straight, the one toward the other: every one had two, which covered on this side, and every one had two, which covered on that side, their bodies. And when they went, I heard the noise of their wings, like the noise of great waters, as the voice of the Almighty, the voice of speech, as the noise of an host: when they stood, they let down their wings. And there was a voice from the firmament that was over their heads, when they stood, and had let down their wings. And above the firmament that was over their heads was the likeness of a throne, as the appearance of a sapphire stone: and upon the likeness of the throne was the likeness as the appearance of a man above upon it. And I saw as the colour of amber, as the appearance of fire round about within it, from the appearance of his loins even upward, and from the appearance of his loins even downward, I saw as it were the appearance of fire, and it had brightness round about. As the appearance of the bow that is in the cloud in the day of rain, so was the appearance of the brightness round about. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the LORD. And when I saw it, I fell upon my face, and I heard a voice of one that spake.  (Eze 1:3-28)

Then I looked, and, behold, in the firmament that was above the head of the cherubims there appeared over them as it were a sapphire stone, as the appearance of the likeness of a throne.  (Eze 10:1)

Wow!  I just watched an awesome video this morning, so I’m going to share it with you!

One really neat thing about this video, to me, is that it is an explanation and confirmation from God of my post on April 2.  I now understand that the “golden river” that I saw flowing was a river of the Fire of God’s Love!  If you watch the video above, Patricia talks about the Man of Fire (Jesus/Yahshua) in Daniel 7 and how a river of fire flowed from Him, and how we can also have that river of fire flowing from us!  Whoohoo!  Thank You, Father!  That was just what I needed this morning!  All praise and glory be to our Father and God.  HalleluYah!  I pray this blesses you as it has me!

Dan 7:9-10a I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire.  A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him….

By the way, Patricia has lots of awesome videos, audios and other resources posted at XPmedia.com.

This was in my daily Bible reading this morning:

And it shall come to pass, if ye shall hearken diligently unto my commandments which I command you this day, to love the LORD your God, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul, That I will give you the rain of your land in his due season, the first rain and the latter rain, that thou mayest gather in thy corn, and thy wine, and thine oil. And I will send grass in thy fields for thy cattle, that thou mayest eat and be full. Take heed to yourselves, that your heart be not deceived, and ye turn aside, and serve other gods, and worship them; And then the LORD’S wrath be kindled against you, and he shut up the heaven, that there be no rain, and that the land yield not her fruit; and lest ye perish quickly from off the good land which the LORD giveth you.  (Deu 11:13-17)

Notice that if we are deceived into worshipping other gods, God will shut up heaven and not give us rain.

Satan / Lucifer / the devil is a liar and one of his main tactics is deception.  Think about it – if he just said, “Hey, all you people, just come follow me and let’s all go into the lake of fire together!”  he probably wouldn’t have many takers.  But he doesn’t do that, he deceives people into following him instead of God.

Pro 26:2  As the bird by wandering, as the swallow by flying, so the curse causeless shall not come.

The Bible says that the curse does not come without cause, and no rain is definitely part of the curse.  So, if we are experiencing lack of rain, which is part of the curse, then we need to find the cause.

Have we been deceived into worshipping other gods, and is God not giving us rain because of that?

Let the Glory of the LORD be Over All the Earth!

I awoke and looked at the clock – it was 3:33 am.  I had been dreaming about walking in the pasture and seeing pendant flags and banners in bright rainbow colors with “HalleluYah” written across them in bold black letters.  The pendant flags and banners were tied to mesquite and other trees and undulating in the light breeze.  Bright rainbow colored flags proclaiming praise to Yahweh, the LORD, the Creator of the Universe and the Owner of all the earth and everything in it!  HalleluYah means “Praise you Yahweh”.

HalleluYah!  I’m going to make some and see this dream come true!

Another thing that has been on my mind – gate posts. God told the children of Israel to write His commandments on their door posts and on their gates.   He also told them to take the blood of the Passover Lamb and sprinkle it on their posts.  So, the blood of the Passover Lamb was sprinkled over the laws of Moses.  Since Jesus is the “Lamb of God that takes away the sin of the world”, and we have all sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God by breaking His commandments, then these posts were a perfect picture of the salvation available to us through Jesus’ blood poured out for us on the cross of Calvary.  HalleluYah!     Check out the verses below for confirmation:

Therefore shall ye lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul, and bind them for a sign upon your hand, that they may be as frontlets between your eyes. And ye shall teach them your children, speaking of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. And thou shalt write them upon the door posts of thine house, and upon thy gates:   (Deu 11:13-20)

Then Moses called for all the elders of Israel, and said unto them, Draw out and take you a lamb according to your families, and kill the passover. And ye shall take a bunch of hyssop, and dip it in the blood that is in the bason, and strike the lintel and the two side posts with the blood that is in the bason; and none of you shall go out at the door of his house until the morning. For the LORD will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when he seeth the blood upon the lintel, and on the two side posts, the LORD will pass over the door, and will not suffer the destroyer to come in unto your houses to smite you.
(Exo 12:21-23)

John 1:29  The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.

1 John 3:4  Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.

Isn’t God GOOD?   Thank you, Abba, for Your mercy on us!
